About Candace Clark
I love people. I get goosebumps when I spend quality time with people, talking, laughing, especially over a good meal and a glass of wine or coffee. I love hearing their stories. When you first meet me, you might think I'm quiet, only because I'm better at listening than talking. I think this quality is part of what gave me my start in photography. As a photographer of weddings, new arrivals, and life's momentous occasions, I've always had an outsider's perspective on things, as I never liked to be the center of attention. However, I'm very sensitive to the feelings and emotions of those around me, and that may be why I love capturing them. It's like bottling a smile or a happy tear and keeping it for later.
I'm very easy going, free spirited, and I think and feel on a whim. My husband the pilot plans everything out with careful precision and is my perfect complement. I love traveling and I'm definitely a foodie who loves to cook and eat with real, and fresh local ingredients, which explains all the pictures you see of food and travel. My motto is "while in Rome, eat as the Romans eat", so you will never see me at a McDonald in a foreign city. I love the Lord, I profess Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, and will talk about it often. I'm all about squeezing the most out of life, and living life as naturally and authentically as possible, the way God intended.
